CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR > INSTALLATION

1. Install the camshaft position sensor (for Exhaust Side).
   
   

   
   
   

   1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring.
      

   2. Install the camshaft position sensor with the bolt.
      

      Torque:

      10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

      NOTICE:

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked and does not jump out of position during installation.

   3. Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.
      

2. Install the camshaft position sensor (for Intake Side).
   
   

   1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring.
      

   2. Install the camshaft position sensor with the bolt.
      

      Torque:

      10 N*m{ 102 kgf*cm , 7 ft.*lbf }

      NOTICE:

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked and does not jump out of position during installation.

   3. Connect the camshaft position sensor connector.
